I've soak them with every oil imaginable but the 'flared' worn metal caused by the mating hinge keeps the pins from moving (at least that's what I think is happening). The outer hinge was being crushed but the pins didn't budge. Last fall I made a 'C'-clamp-style press out of 3/4" steel plate.
